How long does delivery take?
Eldoret deliveries are same-day or next-day. Orders outside Eldoret are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive in 2–3 business days via G4S or Fargo Courier.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept M-Pesa (Paybill 123456), Pay on Delivery (Eldoret only) and bank transfer. Once you place your order we will send payment instructions via WhatsApp or email.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide below. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. You can also WhatsApp us with your measurements and we will advise which size is best for the specific item you want.
Do you deliver outside Eldoret?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Kenya. Standard delivery to Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa and other major cities. Delivery fee of KES 200 applies for orders under KES 3,000. Orders over KES 3,000 qualify for free delivery.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. We offer free size exchanges within 7 days. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and preferred size. Subject to stock availability.
